Last year there was not much snow in February but this year there was a big wind storm that unfortunately did some damage (flattened the outhouse at the schoolhouse), followed by a blizzard that brought in 5′ of snow. Here are some photos taken between 2/6-2/9
Myrtle Strasser 1940-2020

Graniteville lost a long time resident with the passing of Myrtle Strasser last August. She was a beloved member of the extended Strasser clan of Graniteville. Everyone in Graniteville will miss her. May she rest in peace.To find out more about Myrtle’s life, click here to read her obituary.
