My primary reason for starting this web page was to support the Graniteville Volunteer Fire Company #46. Our main fund raiser each year is the 4th of July Parade and Picnic so schedules and pictures from each year can be found at this site. I have also included an event from the GCSA (Graniteville Community Services Association), as well as some links to historical pictures. My name is Janis Bishop and my family has been coming to Graniteville since 1975. In 1977, my family
purchased the "Cline" house. The Cline's were the original family who built it during the Gold Rush. This picture

Sawmill Lake, one of the many beautiful spots that can be found near
Graniteville.
