The Pearce Family 1935

Elizabeth Crossley Pearce was the school teacher at the Graniteville school in the 1930’s. She and her family lived in what is now the Vanderschoot home. Betty Pearce, one of Elizabeth’s daughters who lived in Graniteville with her brothers and sisters when her mother was the school teacher, and her granddaughter, visited Graniteville again in 2010 and graciously shared these photos.
